The MBA in Hospitality Management meets a fundamental need to complement the specialized training provided by hospitality schools with strong skills in management and business administration. Delivered over two years through a work-study format, the program prepares future professionals for careers in the hospitality industry.

Its objective is to train operational managers capable of understanding hospitality products and services as a whole, across marketing, technical, financial, and human dimensions.

The teaching approach combines theoretical input, industry-focused conferences, and both theoretical and practical case studies.

Upon completion of the MBA in Hospitality Management, you will be awarded the Tourism Accommodation Manager qualification delivered by ESGCV – MBA ESG. NSF 334 – Level 7. Registered with the RNCP under number 38937 by decision of the Director General of France Compétences dated April 26, 2024.

  • RNCP Title

The RNCP (National Directory of Professional Certifications) is managed by France Compétences, under the authority of the French Ministry of Labor. An RNCP-registered title certifies that the competencies acquired through the training meet the standards of specific professions and job market expectations.

The Level 7 RNCP certification corresponds to a Master’s degree level (Bac+5) in the French higher education system.

International Recognition : The RNCP Level 7 title also aligns with the European Qualifications Framework (EQF Level 7), making it equivalent to a Master's degree in Europe.

Prerequisites for the MBA Hospitality Management

For admission into the fourth year, you must have completed three years of higher education, equivalent to 180 ECTS credits, in hospitality, catering, tourism, or a related field.

Please note that the following program requires proficiency in French.

The program consists of 420 hours the first year and ?? hours for the second year. This total includes classroom instruction, independent study, e-learning, and program-related events.

      Assessment is carried out throughout the year based on various criteria adapted to each module or course, primarily through supervised exams, case studies, practical scenarios, and oral presentations. These assignments may be completed individually or in groups.
